Scope
These terms apply to purchases made on this site. By placing an order you accept them.
Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before payment and on the Delivery page.
When the contract is made
The contract is made when you receive the order confirmation email. If a product is no longer available, we'll let you know and refund you straight away.
Payment
You pay online when you order, using the methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled securely by Shopify.
Delivery and pickup
Times and costs are on the Delivery and pickup page. Risk passes to you when you receive the parcel or pick up your order in store.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to return products without giving a reason. How to do it is explained on the Returns and refunds page.
Legal guarantee
All products come with the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law.
Governing law
Italian law applies. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and can bring a claim in your local courts.
