What we collect

• Order details: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, products bought.
• Payment details: handled directly by Shopify's payment system; we never see your card number.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information, needed to run and protect the site.

Why we use it

• To handle your order, delivery or pickup, returns and customer service (performance of a contract).
• To meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting (legal obligation).
• To protect the site from fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).

We don't use your data for advertising and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

• Shopify, which runs the online shop, payments and checkout on our behalf.
• The courier delivering your parcel.
• The company hosting the site.
• Our accountant, for tax requirements.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union (for example in the United States): transfers are covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for 10 years, as required by Italian tax law. Technical data is deleted after a short period, unless needed for security.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict how we use it, receive it in a portable format, or object to its processing.

If you think your data is being handled incorrectly, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it) or to the authority in your country.
