Returns and refunds

How to return a product

1. Email us at info@gommadipane.it within 14 days of delivery or pickup, with your order number and the products you're returning.
2. Send the products back within the following 14 days, unused and in their original packaging, or bring them to the shop.
3. Once they arrive, we check the products and issue your refund.

Return costs

Returning in store is free.

If you post the products back, return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method. We may wait until we've received the products before refunding.

The original delivery cost (standard rate) is refunded too.

Excluded products

Products personalised at your request can't be returned unless they're faulty.

Faulty or wrong product

All our products come with the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity.

If you receive a faulty product or something you didn't order, email us at info@gommadipane.it with a photo: we'll replace it or refund you, shipping included.
